Ordering is simple; pick your favorite item(s) and send us an email at fashionworkz@gmail.com.

Step 1:
Copy the order form below, fill in where applicable and email to us.

Step 2:
Upon receiving your email, we will send you a confirmation email within 2 days. Please response to the confirmation email within 2 days.

Step 3:
Remit payment (bank in or transfer payment to our MAYBANK/CIMB account within 2days. Total amount and banking details will be provided in the email. If we do not hear from you by then, your order shall be released without any further notice.

Step 4:
Please send us a notification via email after payment remitted. It would be helpful if you would advise the transaction date, time, amount paid, etc to facilitate our tracking.

And, now you can just sit back and wait for the beloved items to reach at your doorstep, dress up & be pretty!

TERMS & CONDITIONS

Before placing your order, please ensure that you have read and understood the terms and conditions applied. This is to prevent any misunderstanding as we strive in providing you with a great shopping experience.

1. First come first serve basis, as our stocks are limited and it cannot be restock.

2. Only serious buyers; no back out or exchange after confirmation.

3. Should you change your mind/decided to let go a particular item, please do send us an email to cancel the order for the convenience of others.

4. Currently we do not provide COD service. All items will be sending by post. However, we will strive to provide COD service in the near future.

5. Buying is at your own risk.

6. Items are brand new and in perfect condition before delivery. Thus, we will not be responsible for any damage or loss caused in the process of delivery.

7. All sales are final as per your order confirmation. Items sold are non refundable, exchangeable nor returnable. Items sold are not returnable, refundable nor exchangeable.

8. Due to setting of the monitor, color might be slightly different from the picture posted.

9. We will be using Pos Laju Malaysia. Postage charges - RM6 for first 500g and RM3 for next 250g within Peninsular M’sia lead time between 2-3 working days, or RM9 for first 500g and RM4 for next 250g for Sabah & Sarawak lead time between 3-4days.Postage fee will be bear by buyers (unless it is stated).

10. Do ensure that your shipping address location has someone in during daytime as PosLaju requires signature upon delivery. Otherwise, they will drop the parcel at the nearest Post Office and you will need to collect it on your own.

11. Once you have received the goods, kindly send an email notify us. If we do not hear from you within 7 days, we will assume that you have already received the goods.
